Students explore federalism, administrative regulation, emergency powers, vaccination mandates, and health equity through key statutes, cases, and contemporary public health challenges.
Study of the administrative process, including an examination of the law concerning the powers and procedures of administrative agencies and the law governing judicial review of administrative action.
A comparative analysis of various dispute resolution methods, including litigation, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and administrative processes. Taught through lecture, discussion, and simulation. May be offered as a seminar.
